Job summary

Pinchin Ltd. is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead our Geotechnical Services team in Southern Ontario. You will guide projects from planning through execution, mentor staff, and contribute to business growth while maintaining technical excellence.

You will manage client relationships, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to standards. A PE designation in Ontario or eligibility is required, with 10–15 years of geotechnical experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Geotechnical, Civil or Geological Engineering.
• Professional registration or eligibility with PEO (Ontario).
• 10–15 years of geotechnical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical projects from planning through execution.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development.
• Support business development through client communication and relationships.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate field investigations and project teams across Ontario.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario standards and project safety guidelines.
