Job summary

Cansel is seeking a Geospatial Technical Support and Training Specialist for Alberta to help customers with technical issues and to deliver training on our geospatial solutions. You will provide support by phone, email, and in person, conduct workshops, and develop user guides and video tutorials.

In this role you will work with engineering, sales and customer service teams to improve the user experience, create training materials, and stay updated on new product features and industry best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in customer support, training, technical education or surveying roles.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create effective training materials and documentation.
• Experience with UAV/Drones would be a bonus.
