Aerotek is seeking a General Production Worker for our London, Ontario location. You will assemble vehicle components, use hand and power tools, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

Join our dynamic production team where you'll be assembling parts and components, performing touch-up work, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vehicle components using hand and power tools.

• Install brackets, hardware, and accessories according to work instructions.

• Complete touch-up work and minor rework as required.

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

• Move materials and components throughout the production area.

• Prepare finished products for shipment.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, automotive, or production experience.

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Reliable transportation and attendance record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Automotive, heavy equipment, military vehicle, aerospace, or defense manufacturing experience.

• Blueprint reading experience.

• Forklift experience.

• Mechanical aptitude or assembly certification.

• Spray booth experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.16 - $27.16/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
