Job summary

Aerotek in Mississauga, ON is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pack Nespresso sleeves into boxes at a packing station. You will use pick-to-light systems, RF scanners, and pallet jacks to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

The role is contract to hire, onsite, with a 11:00 AM–7:00 PM shift. Candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods and maintaining high productivity while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience in picking, packing, or fulfillment.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail when following order requirements and SKU instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and dependable to meet scheduled hours.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory and order processing.
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks in a warehouse setting.
• Basic understanding of warehouse inventory processes.
• Experience with pick-to-light systems is a plus.
• Fulfillment or e-commerce experience is beneficial.

• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive packing and picking tasks throughout the shift.

• Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and process inventory for orders.

• Operate pallet jacks to move products and materials safely within the warehouse as needed.

• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time to support daily warehouse operations.

• Meet and maintain an average productivity target of approximately 60 orders per hour.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.15 - $18.15/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
