Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting services, helping locate merchandise, and resolving concerns.
• Execute daily merchandising and availability tasks including section work, capping bins, and stocking picks.
• Manage price changes, features, and modular execution to maintain merchandise accuracy and presentation standards.
• Oversee sales floor coverage and recovery to keep the store customer-ready.
• Coordinate associate scheduling and break coverage to support smooth operations.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing feedback to associates for performance and engagement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following policies and ensuring displays are secure.
