You will work with the Store Management Team to plan, delegate, and oversee all areas of the store, including pricing, merchandising, and standards. The role emphasizes leadership, community involvement, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.
• Familiarity with store operations and company policies is preferred.
• Ability to lead a management team and provide direction to Associates.
• Strong focus on customer service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and forecasts.
• Develop operational plans with the management team and provide clear direction to Managers and Associates.
• Ensure store conditions with merchandise presentation, pricing and standards within company policies.
• Monitor asset protection and safety controls; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service, resolve complaints and model friendly service approaches.
• Support community initiatives and build relationships with community groups.
• Lead regular store meetings, communicate direction, and develop Associates for growth.
• Hold Associates accountable with performance feedback and disciplinary action when needed.
• Ensure cash controls and handling align with daily store procedures.
