Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products/services, locating merchandise and assisting in purchases.
• Assist in directing and coordinating daily tasks per priorities from GM&A Manager and Store Management Team.
• Assess department presentation and merchandising, and execute display changes as needed.
• Delegate and follow up on daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Support scheduling and assign associates for coverage and availability tasks in all store areas.
• Participate in training and development of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates; provide feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment by following policy and completing safety logs.
