Essential responsibilities:

Front of house service, running the door as a host/maitre d’, enforcing sales targets, experience creation, customer satisfaction, embodying customer values, scheduling, onboarding/off-boarding,maintaining and enforcing checklists, cash handling and balancing, making appropriate cuts based on labour targets, fielding guest complaints, on-shift troubleshooting and decision making, updating maintenance logs, and reporting directly to Head Office.
