KidStrong Red Deer is seeking a General Manager to lead the centre, drive sales, and create an engaging environment where coaches, kids, and families thrive. You will oversee daily operations, customer experience, and team development while guiding the centre toward its growth goals.

Ideal candidates bring coaching experience with kids, strong people skills, and tech savviness. You will manage KPIs, coordinate events, and ensure a safe, energetic atmosphere to help kids win at life.

Qualifications

• Coaching background with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• People skills to chat up parents and guardians.
• Tech savvy with Google, Microsoft and social media platforms.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Master the numbers by knowing KPIs and financials.
• Lead a friendly, high-energy center experience.
• Maintain a spotless, well-run operation.
• Delegate tasks to ensure a productive team.
• Schedule: 4 weekdays (2 evenings) and 1 weekend shift.
