Job summary

Shake Shack Canada is seeking a General Manager for our London, Ontario location. You will lead a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and succession planning.

You will uphold food safety standards, optimize operations, and deliver memorable guest experiences while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture and ensuring strong execution across shift teams.

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant/QSR environment.
• Strong leadership and talent development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shack P&L ownership, cost control and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of a diverse, high-performing team.
• Coach managers and shift leaders to maximize guest satisfaction and throughput.
• Ensure food safety, proper health codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive guest experiences and brand standards through effective operations.
