Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an experienced Field Sales professional to drive wireless solutions across Canada. You will identify leads, develop business plans, and convert prospects into long-term customers, while coordinating pricing, inventory, and credit terms with vendors and accounts.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills, with a track record in expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets in a dynamic electrical distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years field sales experience; wireless industry exposure preferred.
• Proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of wireless solutions and market segments.
• Submit an initial Business Plan to establish Talley LLC within Canada.
• Identify new business leads and manage wireless prospects to generate early revenue.
• Drive sales revenue by developing field call and call-out strategies with wireless accounts.
• Negotiate pricing and manage inventory requirements with vendors.
• Review credit history and adjust terms as needed.
• Analyze order history and Open Quotes to maximize national account revenue across Canada.
