Germain Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Alt Hotel Toronto Airport to lead operations, drive financial performance and deliver a memorable guest experience. This hands-on leader motivates and coaches the team while upholding Germain Hotels' culture.

You will oversee all hotel facets, coordinate with departments, and engage with the community to raise the property's profile. The annual salary ranges from CAD 115,000 to 145,000, with a discretionary bonus possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management.
• 5 to 10 years' GM experience in a hotel, with F&B and luxury/boutique exposure.
• Ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills and time management capabilities.

• Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities

The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 145 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with the current bonus plan.
