Job summary

Alt Hotel Toronto Airport is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and alignment with Germain Hotels' culture and values, while being responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in partnership with ownership.

• Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management.

• Pay or shift range: $115,000 CAD to $144,996 CAD. We take care of our people, and that starts with clarity. The salary or hourly range for this role is shared in this posting, and pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. If the role is unionized, compensation follows the current collective agreement. Where applicable, this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus plan.

• 5 to 10 years' experience as a general manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
• Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities

The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 145 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with the current bonus plan.
