Responsibilities:
  • Uphold Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Massage Envy services and products
  • Develop and nurture location managers to foster a culture of coaching, support, and equity
  • Partner with the Operations Director to train new managers on soft skills, business acumen, and performance metrics
  • Ensure location and territory performance aligns with organizational goals, focusing on key metrics like Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements
  • Monitor staffing levels, assist with hiring processes, and ensure appropriate staffing across all departments and locations
  • Coach and develop staff to meet sales and service expectations
  • Ensure all locations comply with licensure, training, and documentation regulations
  • Participate in company and regional calls and meetings
  • Conduct monthly visits to assigned locations to drive results
  • Address customer service issues and identify systemic improvements
  • Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
  • Manage payroll entry and inventory for the home location
  • Review reports to identify errors and profitability opportunities
  • Host monthly performance coaching sessions and collaborate with location managers to improve performance and recognize achievements
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss statements
  • Experience in multi-unit leadership roles, preferably in spa or sales management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent people skills and communication abilities
