Job Opportunity: Location Manager at Massage Envy

Responsibilities:

1. Uphold Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision, and Values
2. Ensure location performance focusing on key metrics such as Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements
3. Monitor staffing levels across all departments and ensure appropriate staffing
4. Coach, develop, and retrain team members in sales and service expectations
5. Maintain compliance with licensure, training, and documentation regulations
6. Provide ongoing training on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics for professional development
7. Resolve customer service issues and identify systemic opportunities for improvement
8. Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
9. Manage location’s payroll and inventory, review related reports for errors and profitability opportunities
10. Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and collaborate with the Area Director to celebrate successes and address concerns

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of Profit & Loss statements
• Leadership experience (spa/sale management preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent people skills

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually DOE + bonus potential
