Business General Manager

Dave's Hot Chicken is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a small, fast-paced, and growing restaurant group. The role involves managing the management team, setting goals, hiring and training staff, and managing the financial budget. The General Manager will be responsible for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. We seek an individual passionate about food with leadership experience.

Schedule

• Full-Time (40 hours/week) with benefits
• Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 3:30pm)
• Friday (3:00pm - 10:30pm)
• Every other weekend (10:30am - 7:30pm)

Essential Functions

• Manage the financial budget by monitoring inventory, labor costs, and other areas
• Train and manage new employees
• Ensure service standards such as customer service, food quality, and cleanliness are met
• Oversee employee performance and training to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards and policies
• Oversee food production operations, ensuring safety and adherence to policies
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents
• Maintain equipment in good working order
• Oversee guest service to ensure satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Details

• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
