Job summary

Premier Tech in St-Isidore is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and facilities operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and real-time troubleshooting. You will work with the Production team to coordinate parts inventory, evaluate opportunities to improve reliability, and maintain a safe working environment across the site.

Qualifications

• 2 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment repairing equipment such as conveyors, pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, electrical motors and gearboxes
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems and/or PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Language skills: bilingual in French and English
