Job summary

The Beefway in Kincardine, ON is hiring General Labourers for FT permanent roles on an onsite production floor. You will debone and prepare meat cuts, meet daily targets, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Must attend a 5 day basic training course in person.
• Knife experience is an asset.
• Comfortable working with raw meat products (beef, pork, chicken).
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Wage: $ 21 - $ 30/hr

What You’ll Do

Production & Processing

• Perform kill floor/harvesting duties
• Cutting, trimming, deboning, and similar duties as needed
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety

What You Bring

• Comfortable working with raw beef, pork, and chicken
• Able to stand, focus, and repeat tasks with consistency
• Thrive under pressure and tight timelines
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

The Work Environment

• Cold/refrigerated production floor
• Fast-paced, physically demanding work
• Repetitive hand use: grasping, pushing, pulling, fine manipulation

Key Responsibilities

• All other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
