Job summary

Fountain Tire St. Albert is seeking a responsible General Labourer to join our team.

You will assist with tire handling, stocking, and inventory while providing safe, efficient service to customers in a clean and respectful shop environment. The role offers training and advancement opportunities, with a daytime schedule from 11am to 7pm on weekdays and alternating Saturdays, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision, RRSP with company matching, and employee discounts at Fountain Tire

Qualifications

• Customer-service focus with ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members and customers.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety transporting customers and picking up parts.
• Pulling and storing tires and other products to company standards.
• Completing tire pressure checks and retorques.
• Maintaining knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructions.
• Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts.
• Work alone and with a team to proactively increase efficiency.

Fountain Tire St. Albert an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as a General Labourer!

You will be responsible for:

What does it take to get on track?

• Someone with previous experience would be great, however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude
• A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an asset
• A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
• A keen attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
