Responsibilities

• Perform general construction duties including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Assist with site preparation such as digging, raking, shoveling, leveling, and clearing debris.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues promptly to supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Participate in toolbox talks, hazard assessments and inspections.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues promptly to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, including regular removal of waste and unused materials.
• Communicate clearly with the Site Foreman and team.

Hours of Work: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM), frequent work outside of these hours should be expected.

Position Overview:

Titan Contractors is seeking hardworking and reliable General Labourers to support our civil construction operations. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in physical, hands‑on work and want to be part of a professional crew in our region. General Labourers assist with site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and a wide range of tasks under the direction of the Site Foreman or Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction duties including loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with site preparation such as digging, raking, shoveling, leveling, and clearing debris.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and as directed.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Participate in toolbox talks, hazard assessments and inspections.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues promptly to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, including regular removal of waste and unused materials.
