Waiward Construction Management Inc. in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta is seeking an experienced Industrial Civil Earthworks Labourer for our industrial projects.
You will assist with excavation, underground utilities, site preparation, backfilling, and general civil construction activities, requiring a strong work ethic and a focus on safety. As part of a civil earthworks crew, you will spot and guide equipment, grade and trench, install and remove shoring boxes, and perform manual labour.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Industrial Civil Earthworks Labourer to join our team working on industrial civil construction projects in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
The successful candidate will work as part of a civil earthworks crew and assist with excavation, underground utility work, site preparation, backfilling, and general civil construction activities. This position requires a strong work ethic, good communication skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively around heavy equipment.
