Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Laborer in Chambly, QC to support nightly manufacturing operations. You will inspect products, sort and package items, move materials, and assist machine operators while keeping a clean, safe working area.

This physically demanding role requires punctuality, reliability, and teamwork. The position offers stable night hours, competitive wages with a $5 night shift premium, and opportunities for long-term growth within a growing North American manufacturer.

• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Schedule:

- Night shift schedules fromMonday to Thursday 5:30PM to 5:30AM

Compensation:Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour + 5$/hour night shift premium

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
