Techo-Bloc Inc. in Chambly, QC is hiring a Production Laborer for night shifts (Mon-Thu, 5:30 PM–5:30 AM). Competitive base wage plus $5 night shift premium, $22.07–$22.62/hour.

You will inspect concrete products, sort and package items, move materials, and assist operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are physically fit, punctual, and reliable, with a strong focus on quality.

Qualifications

• This is a physically demanding position that requires precision and reliability.
• Able to lift and move up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• A strong team player with a solid work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency.
• Remove defective products and replace with compliant pieces.
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping.
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or with equipment.
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks.
• Clean machines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Schedule:

- Night shift schedules fromMonday to Thursday 5:30PM to 5:30AM

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
