Job Title: General Laborer – Modular Construction (Factory Assembly)

Location: Woodstock, NB

Employment Type: Full-Time (41.5 hrs/week)

Wage: Based on experience

We are looking for dependable General Laborers to join our modular construction factory team. This role focuses on the assembly of modular building components in a controlled, indoor environment. The ideal candidates will work efficiently, ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble modular building components (walls, floors, ceilings) according to specifications.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and accurately.

Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Inspect components for quality and report any defects or issues.

Move and position materials using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed).

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
