Job summary

ABL Employment is seeking General Labourers to join a team focused on cutting, assembly, and custom packaging to ensure high-quality products are delivered safely and on time. You will work in a collaborative shop environment in Ontario, performing a range of duties from assembly to material preparation.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and eager to learn, with experience in using hand or power tools being an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and/or power tools is an asset.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Manufacturing or woodworking experience is an advantage (but not required—we will train the right candidates).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build wood products such as pallets, boxes, and crates.
• Safely use hand tools and basic power tools (nail guns, impact drivers, saws, etc.).
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general shop duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
