Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Laborer for a night shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 5:30 PM–5:30 AM) in Canada. You will inspect concrete products, remove defects, sort and package, move materials, assist operators, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. The position offers a competitive wage from $22.07/hour to $22.62/hour with a night shift premium of $2/hour.

Schedule:Night shift schedule fromMonday to Friday, 5:30PM to 5:30AM

Compensation:Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour + Night shift premium 2$/h

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)


• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces


• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
