Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations across housekeeping, food services, meeting room setup, and dishwashing at client sites in Toronto.

You will help maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment and ensure smooth daily operations, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and move tables, chairs, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties, including maintaining the cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and assigned workspaces.
• Assist with food preparation, meal service, tray delivery, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Set up, flip, and clean meeting or dining rooms by arranging and removing tables, chairs, and equipment according to operational requirements.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures, reporting injuries, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties and reasonable requests as assigned by management.

Job description

The hourly wage rate for this position is $22 . Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. How you will make an impact:
