Compass Group Canada (Beaver) Ltd. is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in a healthcare setting in Calgary. You will perform housekeeping, assist with food preparation, serve meals, deliver trays, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

The role requires a valid Food Handler Certificate and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. English communication skills are essential for following instructions and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Healthcare environment experience is an asset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Perform housekeeping duties: keep residents' rooms and common areas clean.
• Assist with food preparation, set up/cleanup of chairs and tables, serve meals, deliver trays, dishwashing, and kitchen cleanliness.

How you will make an impact:

You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will:

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
