Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in our kitchen and dining areas.

You will assist with food preparation, serve meals, and ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized. This role requires adherence to health and safety guidelines and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written, and ability to follow instructions.

Job description

How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will:

• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
