Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Process payroll for approximately 10 employees and ensure payroll records remain up to date.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and general account maintenance.
• Support management with reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with document management, contracts, and occasional legal or compliance-related administrative tasks.
• Provide support with basic marketing and business operations initiatives when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the company’s growth.
