Job summary

Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers in Canada seeks a senior AI leader to design and deliver cloud-native AI agents and agentic workflows across complex enterprise environments. You will architect scalable, secure solutions, integrate with major AI platforms, and guide client engagements from concept to production.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, optimize performance and cost, and mentor teams while upholding governance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years building cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 1 year using agentic orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
• 10+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage containerization, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures for scalable AI-native systems.
• Deploy agentic applications across industries such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops and proofs of concept with client stakeholders.
• Define metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Utilize enterprise tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex to accelerate SDLC.
