Job summary

The Landmark Group is looking for a few great people to join our Property Care team in the Blue Mountains. If you like working outside, staying active, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.

No landscaping experience is required; we train the right person. A valid G driver's license is also an asset. We offer full-time hours, clothing and boot allowance, and opportunities to learn and advance.

• Landscape, lawn care or gardening experience is an asset, but training provided.
• A valid G driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging and blowing on outdoor properties.
• Garden maintenance, weeding and pruning.
• Planting and mulching.
• Spring and fall cleanups.
• Landscape enhancements and small installations.
• Operating professional landscape equipment.
• Maintain appearance of local Blue Mountains properties.

What You Could Be Doing

Depending on the crew, your days could include:

• Mowing, trimming, edging and blowing
• Garden maintenance, weeding and pruning
• Planting and mulching
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Landscape enhancements and small installations
• Operating professional landscape equipment
• Keeping some of the best properties in the Blue Mountains looking their best

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of landscaping experience. We're looking for people who:

• Show up and work hard
• Enjoy being outside and active
• Take pride in doing good work
• Work well with a crew
• Are willing to learn
