Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Garage and Dynamite stores in Canada. Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving sales, productivity, and store standards to maximize profitability.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling and a focus on achieving targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college asset preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in fashion retail preferred.
• Passion for fashion, customer focus, and leadership skills.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Job summary:

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
