Job summary

Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE brand is seeking a Store Manager who will champion a positive customer experience and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and productivity goals. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while maximizing store profitability and standards.

You will build loyal customer relationships and promote an energetic, fashion-focused store environment, adapting to a fast-paced retail landscape with flexibility for scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Has passion for fashion & customer orientation.
• Demonstrates problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.

Job summary:

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
