Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE stores are hiring a Store Manager in Quebec. You will lead a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and uphold superb standards across operations. Your role includes recruiting, training, coaching, and building strong customer relationships.

You’ll maximize store profitability while managing schedules, inventory, and daily performance. A passion for fashion and customer focus is essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 3–5 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Encourages participation, creativity, and sharing best practices.
• Flexible, proactive, with strong urgency in changing environments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; team collaboration.

Job summary:

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
