Job summary

GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive store profitability, and ensure top-notch standards in daily operations to meet sales targets.

Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll promote a positive shopping environment, build loyal relationships, and mentor your team to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Promotes participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices
• Flexibility, innovation and urgency in adapting to changing business needs
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
