Groupe Dynamite Inc., GARAGE/DYNAMITE stores in Canada, is seeking a Store Manager who will promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You will lead a high-performing team, drive store operations, recruit, train and coach staff, and maximize profitability by achieving sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary business education is an asset.
• 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Customer-focused with leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning within the team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job summary:

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
