GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Canada to promote a positive shopping experience and lead a high-performing team. Your expertise will drive sales, customer service, and store efficiency while building lasting customer relationships.

You will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in the store’s success, with opportunities for bonuses and employee perks. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year experience as a team lead in retail preferred.
• 2 years retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong problem solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to service.
• Social media, mobile devices and computer skills are assets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Team Lead is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalized service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
