GARAGE in Canada is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager by leading a team and elevating the customer experience on the sales floor. You will manage floor activities, drive sales, and contribute to traffic growth via digital channels, helping the store reach its operational goals with energy and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results, with specific ownership of the customer experience on the sales floor. Through effective floor management, you will ensure the promotion of a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase traffic through digital platforms. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications
