Groupe Dynamite Inc. operates GARAGE stores across North America and seeks a Sales Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience while guiding a high-performing team to drive store efficiency and sales.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will use your fashion passion and customer-service focus to build lasting relationships with customers, manage daily operations, and support teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset.

Job summary:

• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
