GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager, optimize sales, and lead a high‑performing team on the sales floor while ensuring a standout customer experience.

You will manage floor operations, drive traffic through digital channels, coach staff, and promote collaboration. A passion for fashion, strong communication, and flexible scheduling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Passion for fashion; outgoing personality and exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate organizational, solving and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in changing business environment
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results, with specific ownership of the customer experience on the sales floor. Through effective floor management, you will ensure the promotion of a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase traffic through digital platforms. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
