Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Sales Team Lead to report to the Store Manager. You will promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and lead a high-performing team to drive efficiency and sales.

You will deliver personalized service, build lasting customer relationships, and play a pivotal role in the store's success while adapting to a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high level of attention and service.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment

• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
