Job summary

Groupe Dynamite, owner of the GARAGE stores, is seeking a Co-Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive a seamless omni-channel shopping experience. You will recruit, train and coach staff, build client relationships and push sales to exceed targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.

As Store Co-Manager, you will partner with management to maximize profitability, coach performance, and foster a collaborative, fashion-forward culture across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Ability to promote an environment of participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on ideas of others.
• Demonstrates flexibility, innovation and urgency in changing business environment.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
