Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Co-Manager to promote a positive omnichannel shopping experience and build loyal client relationships at our Ottawa store. You will recruit, train and coach your team to deliver outstanding business results while driving sales and productivity.

You will maximize profitability by meeting and surpassing targets, while leading with energy, creativity and a customer‑centric approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing or equivalent
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
• Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Promotes participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices
• Flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in changing business environment
• Builds partnerships and prioritizes collaboration
• Social media skills, mobile device skills, Microsoft Office or Open-Office
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
