Job summary

GARAGE is seeking a Co-Manager to lead a high-energy store team and deliver an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience. You will recruit, train and coach staff while driving client relationships and sales performance.

You report to the Store Manager and maximize profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and productivity targets through strong leadership and guest engagement. A strong background in fashion retail and a collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary in business or related discipline (asset).
• 2 years of management experience in fashion clothing preferred.
• Customer-oriented with passion for fashion.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Promote collaboration and share best practices; build on others' ideas.
• Flexible, innovative with urgency in changing business environment.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social media skills; mobile device skills; proficient in MS Office/Open-Office.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
