Job summary

GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking a Co-Manager to lead store operations and deliver an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will recruit, train and coach your team while driving sales and productivity.

You will build loyal client relationships, maximize profitability, and promote participation, creativity and learning. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Promotes participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Demonstrates flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in changing environments.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social Media Skills, Microsoft Office or Open-Office proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
