Job summary

Canadian Olympic Committee in Montreal, QC, seeks Coordinator, Games Administration Support to help plan and execute Games operations, communications, and stakeholder engagement in lead-up to Olympic and Pan American Games. Hybrid work with up to two remote days.

You will coordinate with the Games Planning Team, manage multiple projects in Asana, and collaborate with NSOs and sport advisors. Strong bilingual communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma.
• 1-2 years in multi-sport or international sport event experience.
• Knowledge of the Canadian Sport System and major Games operations.
• Project management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, delivery, and reconciliation of a major impact project (Stakeholder Engagement and Communications).
• Develop and maintain project plans using Asana.
• Lead the Mission Team newsletter initiative.
• Disseminate Games organizing committee information to stakeholders.
• Support with monthly communications to NSO Team Leaders and Mission Team.
• Provide general administrative support to the Games Management Team.
