We are the largest private supporter of high-performance sport in Canada and we are responsible for all aspects of Canada’s involvement in the Olympic Movement, including the participation in the Olympic and Pan American Games.
The Canadian Olympic Committee is looking for a Coordinator, Games Administration Support.
Reporting to the Director, Games Operations, the Coordinator , Games Administration Support will support the logistics of the Games Team’s activities and projects in the lead up to the Olympic Games, Olympic Winter Games and Pan American Games. This position will contribute to the delivery of a world class performance environment for Athletes, Coaches and Support Team at the Games. The incumbent will work collaboratively within the Games Planning Team to deliver on COC Games objectives . The Coordinator, Games will be responsible for a portfolio of projects, including one major impact project, for the immediate and future Games plan with a primary focus on communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives and deliverables.
This role will be located in one of the COC’s offices in Montréal, QC, at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West; We currently offer a hybrid work model that allows for up to two days of remote work each week.

The expected salary range for this role is $47,800 to $65,670 per year. The base pay within this range is based on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal pay equity, and market benchmarks.
