Reporting to the Manager, Strategy & Experience, Game Plan the Coordinator, Network Operations provides administrative, digital and project coordination support across the Game Plan team including the Clinical Mental Health Manager. The coordinator would be responsible for producing mental health resources. Success in the Coordinator, Network Operations role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to supporting team operations, digital resources, and stakeholder communications.

This position will be located in one of the COC’s offices (Montréal, QC, at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West; or in Toronto, ON at 250 Yonge St. Suite 3000). We offer a hybrid work model that allows for up to two days of remote work each week.
Skills and Abilities:
The expected salary range for this role is $47,800 to $65,670 per year. The base pay within this range is based on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal pay equity, and market benchmarks.
