Job summary

Convera is a global leader in commercial payments, helping businesses move money with ease. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of FX, hedging solutions, and cross-border payments to corporate clients.

You will build a pipeline, achieve KPI targets, and work with SFDC tools to generate opportunities from outreach through onboarding in a hybrid role between home and our Toronto office.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in FX or payments sector.
• Experience with corporate negotiations and acquiring new business.
• Understanding of bulk and international payments.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced team.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of corporate clients for FX and payments solutions.
• Drive new business revenue through hedging and payments products.
• Cold call, network, participate in events to generate leads.
• Manage sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Use Salesforce/Highspot/ZoomInfo to track activities and opportunities.
